WBB Appoints Dick Justice as Vice President Business Development

Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. (WBB) is pleased to announce that Richard Justice (“Dick”) has been promoted to Vice President Business Development. Dick will be responsible for leading the business development strategy and execution functions of the Company. 


“Dick is a great addition to WBBs Corporate Leadership Team which is focused on expanding our products and services delivering mission critical, best-in-class solutions on behalf of federal agencies.” said Robert Olsen, Chief Executive Officer of WBB. “Dick is a proven leader with in-depth experience in business development.  His successful track record overseeing business development in the USAF domain for WBB will allow immediate contribution to WBBs overall business development strategy and execution. WBB has experienced outstanding growth recently and the addition of Dick in this position, along with the addition of several market specific business development positions will allow for increased throughput and skills that will contribute to WBBs future growth.”


Dick brings extensive experience in DoD systems acquisition and program management.  His Air Force career included 26 years in financial management, test, program management, and system sustainment.  He has held the positions of Program Director or Deputy Program Director for four ACAT I programs.  Prior to joining WBB, Dick was the Director, Army Programs, C4I Networked Systems at Northrop Grumman where his primary responsibility was the execution of the ACAT I Distributed Common Ground System – Army program.
