Mr. Karthik Srinivasan is a recognized thought leader and industry expert with demonstrated experience with several Federal agencies in the areas of Program Management, IT Transformation, Infrastructure Modernization and Systems Development Methodologies. He authored the iADAPT Agile practices and the Agile Maturity Model assessments for WBB. At WBB, he manages the solutions development and innovation of Emerging IT markets in Cyber Security, Mobile Computing, Cloud Computing, Big Data and Agile practices. He has managed several Agile system releases during his tenure at the private sector as well as leading agile transformation support for DHS USCIS and DHS ICE in their IT Transformation and Infrastructure modernization efforts. He holds an MBA from Wayne State University, and Executive leadership programs from University of Michigan and Cambridge University, UK. He also holds several certifications in Lean Six Sigma Executive Champion, Project and Program Management certifications from PMI, Agile Scrum certifications, COBIT in IT Governance, and ITIL certifications.
