SAVE THE DATE: Supply Chain Risk Management Seminar: Identify, Assess, Mitigate, and Manage Risk

“We have seen that disruptions to supply chains caused by natural disasters – earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions – and from criminal and terrorist networks seeking to exploit the system or use it as a means of attack can adversely impact global economic growth and productivity. As a nation, we must address the challenges posed by these threats and strengthen our national and international policies accordingly…”
President Barack Obama
National Strategy for Global Supply Chain Security, 2012

WBB is proud to host an APICS Supply Chain Risk Management Seminar where industry and government can continue the discussion on how we can strengthen our supply chains against global threats.

APICS, in partnership with the APICS DC Metro Chapter, is pleased to offer the Supply Chain Risk Management seminar, which provides participants with a glimpse of the global supply chain risk landscape. This 7-hour event will give attendees a comprehensive look at managing, mitigating, and planning for your organization. One APICS Risk Management Seminar gives you 7 of the required 9 core topics toward the APICS Supply Chain Risk Management Certification and can be counted towards federal acquisition professionals’ requirement for continuous learning!
